Hey Crafty Friends! I’m thrilled to share a fun technique with you today featuring very special dies created by Betsy from The Greetery for The 2023 Nashville Craft Retreat.
The Nashville Craft Retreat is a technique-based retreat. We love to teach and inspire guests to try new things while practicing and improving current crafty skills (and we have a whole lotta fun too). So I asked Betsy if she would design a die that we could give a rusted, aged effect using embossing powder, and she graciously agreed.
Oh my! How excited were all of the NCR guests to create gorgeous cards with this amazing collection of products designed by Betsy? She curated an entire mini collection including the tub, floral filler dies, sentiment with die set, and even clay floral bits.
Betsy liked the aged effect so much that she asked me to create a video tutorial for her customers, and I gladly said, “Yes!” You can find the video on The Greetery YouTube channel HERE.
