Nashville Craft & CROP Retreat 2024

Hi Crafty Friends and Happy New Year! Celebrating the New Year also means registration is now open for the 2024 Nashville Craft Retreat. Yippee!!

If you have not joined in the fun the last two years, you do not want to miss this year’s celebration. The craft retreat is an extravaganza of craft techniques, friends (old and new), parties, games, and a lot of fantastic products including SWAG, giveaways, and workshop kits with stamps, dies, stencils, etc.

Here are some of the retreat basics:

Who: Artists, Crafters, & Scrapbookers. We focus primarily on cardmaking, but most techniques can be applied across genres. We are adding crop space in 2024!

When: May 30 – June 1, 2024 (Plan to arrive on May 29 for the themed evening meet and greet.)

Where: Drury Plaza Hotel, Franklin, Tennessee (Discounted room group rate $159 plus taxes and fees for NCR guests)

Tentative event schedule: May 29, 2024 – Evening themed meet and greet; May 30 – June 1, 2024 – Crafty classes, food, fun, and friends all day!

Retreat Cost: $449

What is Included: 6 Workshops (with class kits including featured products and cardstock, detailed supplies list and instructions for each project), Card Cafe, 5 Artist Instructors, Giveaways, SWAG Bags, Sponsor Coupons, Catered Lunch Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Breakfast & Dinner included with discounted room reservation.

New for 2024 is a separate event just for croppers and scrapbookers. We have added 50 seats in crop space! We are so excited about this addition for a whole new group of crafty friends. Here are some details about the crop:

When: Check-in evening 5-9 PM May 29. Craft all day Thursday and Friday from 8-9PM, and Saturday, June 1, 2024, 8-7PM.

Where: Drury Plaza Hotel, Franklin, Tennessee (Discounted room group rate $159 plus taxes and fees for NCR guests)

What you get with registration fee:

6’ Table crafting space for the entire weekend
40+ Hours of crafting time
Laughs, crafts, and snacks with friends!
