Taking Die Cuts From Okay To Oh Wow!

Hello Crafty Friends and welcome back. I have been crazy busy lately prepping for my annual event, The Nashville Craft Retreat, and I haven’t had much time to actually craft or blog. However, I am thrilled to share this gorgeous new May club from Spellbinders.

Have you seen all of the amazing clubs this month? Oh my! There is something tropical for everyone with toucans, flamingos, leaves, palms, and more.

I took the die cuts in the Large Die of the Month Club, and ink blended for lots of dimension and shading. I also went with one of my favorite color combinations of navy, pink, and orange for this card. Isn’t it so pretty?

I love to die cut images from color cardstock, and then take them to the next level by ink blending to add shading.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Are you ready for tropical summer crafting? I know I am, and this month’s club does not disappoint. Love and crafty hugs!

CARD SUPPLIES

A note about supplies: Affiliate links used in this post at no cost to you. Did you know that when you shop by clicking my store links I receive a small tip from the stores? I do, and to pay it forward I donate all proceeds to important charities. Recently I donated $1,000 to the American Red Cross Hawaii wildfire efforts, and previously donated earnings to earthquake relief in Turkey through Samaritan’s Purse and to my favorite gentle giants at The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting the important work of these charities!
