Hi Crafty Friends, and welcome to the Catherine Pooler & Colorado Craft Company Fall Blog Hop! I’m thrilled that you are hopping along today, and joining all of us to celebrate two fabulous companies in one of our favorite crafting seasons.
This first card features the Colorado Craft Company Lovely Legs Seasons – Autumn stamp set paired with the Thanks die, Fall Pick-N-Mix patterned paper, and Mystic Sequin Mix. I couldn’t help but Copic color this gorgeous stamp in sepia tones then matched with the Daydream CP ink for contrast.
How adorable is this new Dorothy inspired Ruby Slippers stamp from CCC? I Copic colored this big and bold stamp, and added WOW Catherine Pooler embossing powder in Rockin’ Red for extra glimmer and shine.
Honestly, I loved this sentiment from the Ruby Slippers stamp set so much that I wanted to create a card and just have the sentiment in the middle of a white card, but you know I couldn’t leave it at that. So I created my own tornado with CP inks and a finger dauber, and then I scribbled a whirlwind over it. Finally, I heat embossed the two wands, fussy cut, and adhered them with a few CP sequins and that awesome sentiment. How fun is that?
Giveaway
The Catherine Pooler and Colorado Craft Company teams are each giving away a $30 gift card chosen randomly from comments along the blog hop by August 31. Winners will be posted on the CP and CCC blogs on Sept. 1st. Just hop along and leave a comment on each blog for your chance to win!

Such a wonderful trio of cards! I love the colour blue you chose to use with the sepia toned image. The bits of glitter at the toes of & on the bows of the shoes is a nice touch. The tornado you created looks great too. This Seasons Girl Autumn stamp set is one I’d like to have.

Love your cards. I am with you – I would almost buy that stamp set for the “Are you a good witch or a bad witch?”sentiment alone! The shoe stamp is so unusual – I think it encapulates one of the two big costumes I loved as a kid. First, I wanted a pair of red sequin shoes and second, I really really wanted a dress like Glenda the Good Witch. I may just buy that stamp!
