This Christmas From Catherine Pooler Designs

Hello Everyone, and welcome back! Christmas crafting is my favorite of the entire year, and I am thrilled to begin sharing some fabulous new holiday products from Catherine Pooler. Early ordering for the This Christmas collection began today for StampNation members, and opens to everyone else at 9AM EDT tomorrow morning.

I thought I would begin sharing some of my projects from this release with the slimline shaker card and these adorable tags using the Retro Ornaments dies. Each die has an inner and outer die with a cute snowflake or star that can be added to the center for even more detail. I used Nuvo Gilding flakes over adhesive sheets to create a gorgeous silver and gold burnished cardstock before die cutting the ornaments and accessories.

I layered everything using the new Scallops and Dots nested dies and Decked Out holiday paper. I stamped and heat embossed images from the Wrapped And Ready stamps as well. The final touches were to layer it all on a tag, add Wintergreen sequins, and finally velvet ribbon.

You know that I had to create a fun shaker card with these dimensional dies! I ink blended the backgrounds, and pieced together the die cuts with Wintergreen sequins in the shaker for this cute slimline. What do you think?

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! I would love it if you would leave me a comment and let me know your favorite project or your new favorites from the This Christmas collection. Love and crafty hugs!

Erin
