Spellbinders’ Paper Arts Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month October, 2021

Happy World Card Making Day! I couldn’t let this day pass without posting a card, and so I’m sharing this pretty, fall-themed Spellbinders’ Paper Arts Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month card.

Seriously! Who doesn’t love an adorable mushroom?

I hot-foiled with all of the plates using Catherine Pooler white cardstock, colored with Zig Art Twin Tip Markers, and then die cut all of the pieces. The Zig markers are dye based, and colored over the hot foiling beautifully.

I couldn’t resist framing the cute scene with the Spellbinders’ Glimmer Rectangles, and then layered everything on a Kraft card base with twine and sequins to finish.

What do you think? Isn’t this month’s kit too adorable? I am a sucker for fall-themed dies, and this kit makes me smile. Love and crafty hugs!

  1. Hola, Erin! I hope your Fall is off to a good start. Fall always starts with me getting older. I just celebrated my biryhday. Yes, girl, 52. JLo and I are the same age. I’m just the chubby version of JLo. haha haha 💜 This is such a beautiful card. I love the ooo la-la that foil adds. Sending you warm hugs, my friend.
