Hello Crafty Friends, and welcome back! Today I’m sharing card number two of three for this month’s Spellbinders’ Paper Arts Clubs. I always love the Embossing Folders, and this month’s is gorgeous.

This embossing folder is a classic style that I know I will use over and over. I’m crazy for embossing folders right now, because they add texture and dimension in a background. Often I just keep it simple with white cardstock, but I adore an ombré effect with ink blending too. This way, the embossing becomes more of the star of the show.

I ink blended the background with Catherine Pooler Minted, Aquatini, and Uptown inks before running the panel with the embossing folder through the Vagabond. The sentiment I foiled using this month’s Glimmer of the Month Club plates in Halo, and then stamped and die cut images from the Stamp and Die of the Month Club.
What do you think? Isn’t this month’s Embossing Folder gorgeous? I love how all of the clubs work so well together! Stay tuned for the third card using more of the Glimmer club plates. Love and crafty hugs!
Erin
