Fun Ink Blended & Stenciled Background

Hey There Crafty Friends, and welcome back! Happy Independence Day weekend! Today I’m sharing a fun ink-blended, colored, and foiled slimline card. LOL. I’m not sure I could have squeezed one more technique onto this one. BONUS! It’s free shipping days at Colorado Craft Company with no code needed!

I began by ink blending bright Party Catherine Pooler inks colors in a rainbow on a slimline panel. Then I used the Pinkfresh Studio Slim Diamond Plaid Layering Stencils to apply heavier ink blending twice using each stencil. Then I die cut the panel using PFS Blanket Stitched Slimline dies for the background.

Next, I hot foiled Spellbinders’ Paper Arts Halo foil onto white cardstock using PFS Nested Diamonds Hot Foil Plates on the Glimmer Machine, and then die cut with the coordinating dies.

Finally, I stamped and Copic colored the adorable critters from the Anita Jeram Colorado Craft Company Paint the Town stamp set. Aren’t they so sweet? I layered everything onto the slimline panel with dimensional foam tape, added sequins, and adhered to a slimline card base.

Free Shipping today and tomorrow at Colorado Craft Company on all US orders, and no code is needed! Also, don’t forget to hop along for the release blog hop, and comment for your chance to win a stamp set. (You can find details on my blog HERE for that.)

Scrapbook.com is having a Christmas in July sale with all kind of free gifts if you choose to shop there.

Which is your favorite Anita Jeram stamp from this release? What do you think about this fun ink-blended background? Please leave me a comment and let me know! Love and crafty hugs!
