Lovely Fall Colors

Hello Crafty Friends! I’m curious to know your favorite season of the year? I know many people, like me, adore the changing of leaves and crisp, cool evenings of fall. My favorite color combo of the season is purple with oranges, and I couldn’t resist adding it to this card.

I used copper foil with the September Glimmer of the Month Club plates to create these gorgeous fall leaves. Then I quickly ink blended with Catherine Pooler inks with a small ink blending brush, and die cut the images. Next I embossed the eggplant cardstock using the September Embossing Folder of the Month for added background dimension.

Finally, I layered everything with a copper foiled background on a card base, added with a diamond shaped foiled sentiment, and adhered lovely flat-backed pearls to the card.

How pretty is that color combo? I adore those fall colors, and the simple ink-blending combined with the foils makes my card-making heart happy. What do you think? Thanks so much for stopping by today! Love and crafty hugs!
