Spellbinders’ October Embossing Folder Club

Hi Everyone, and welcome back! Today I’m sharing another purple and silver holiday card I created using the Spellbinders’ Paper Arts Embossing Folder Club for October. (I know! I’m a little obsessed with this non-traditional color combo right now.)

I began by ink blending purples around a slimline white cardstock panel, and then embossed it with the folder. Next, I added dark purple shades for dimension by gently running the ink pad over some of the embossing. Then I added stickles for pretty, frosted, iridescent sparkle.

I finished the slimline card by silver embossing a sentiment on vellum, added twine, and a few sequins before adhering everything to a silver background.

What do you think? I adore all of the details and dimension you see by blending the ink on this panel. Isn’t this a lovely folder? It’s perfect for holiday cards. Love and crafty hugs!
