Hello Everyone, and welcome back. Today I’m sharing the Clear Stamp and Die of the Month Club for Spellbinders’ Paper Arts November. Unfortunately, I need a couple of sympathy cards to send, and I decided this month’s CDOM would be the perfect stamp set for this.
I began by ink blending pretty Catherine Pooler party colors in turquoise onto an A2 panel. Next I stamped off Twilight gray and Aquatini before lightly stamping the background for interest. Then I spritzed, splattered, and lifted water from the inked panel.
I dried the background before inking and stamping the focal images and sentiment in VersaFine ink. I added sequins, cut the panel down, and added glittery washi to the left edge of the card base before adhering the stamped cardstock.
What do you think? Although creating these type of cards is not fun, I do think this turned out lovely and is perfect for the occasion.
