Hello Friends, and Happy 2023! I’ve got some exciting news to kick off the new year…A new design team! I’m thrilled to now be among this talented group of ladies for the WOW! Embossing Powders team for 2023.

Today I’m sharing one last holiday card of 2022. I created this last month for WOW! using new embossing powders, and I think it all worked perfectly to create this lovely dimensional card. The chunky powders and Waffle Flower dies were a perfect pairing.

I began by creating a glittery cardstock panel using WOW! Embossing ink over a heavy piece of white cardstock and the new embossing powder, Hisss. Then I die cut the cover plate, and added a panel of vellum to the back just to soften the look. Next I gently folded and bent the leaves up for interest.

I repeated the glittery panel process for the layered joy dies with Paint Me Golden and Red Glimmer embossing powders. I layered those up, and adhered to the background panels. Finally, I adhered it all to a card base, and added a custom sequin mix of my own, Dazzleberry.
