Colorado Craft Company & Kris Lauren Confection Collection

Hello Crafty Friends, and happy summer! (If you live in the Northern Hemisphere. LOL) Today I’m excited to join Colorado Craft Company and Kris Lauren for the new Confection Collection release.

There are so many adorable baking images along with cute critters in all of these images. These would be cute not just for birthday cards, but also for recipe mini albums too.

I COPIC colored the images, and then die cut them. Then I stamped the background stamp in pink ink, and stamped a second panel again in black. I die cut vellum, stamped the sentiment, and heat embossed.

I used the pink stamped images for the background, and colored the black stamped flour, bowl, and spoon, Next I die cut those images, and layered everything over vellum on the card.

  1. YES, a wonderful set for making recipe cards, mini cooking journals and for sharing your favorite recipe with your friends and family. I love the Vellum use over the background stamp.

  2. Wonderful copic coloring! I really like the addition of the vellum panel to highlight the squirrel while letting the background images provide even more interest without taking away for the main image.
