Holiday Magic Crafting

Hello Holiday Crafting Friends! Today I’ve got several fun holiday paper craft projects to share from my crafting marathon last week. Did you happen to join us for the two live sessions on YouTube? We had so much fun talking about the new Catherine Pooler Holiday Magic release, and crafting together to create several of these projects.

You can find Part I HERE or below. I would love it if you like and subscribe to my channel while you are there, and you will be notified when I go live or post new videos.

Part II can be viewed HERE or below.

I began the process by creating my own ephemera stamping, ink blending, heat embossing, and die cutting on paper and vellum. I like to create as many die cut pieces as I can before I begin to create cards, tags, etc.

I created this card by ink smooshing the background in Tranquil and Juniper Mist inks, and then layered over one of the pretty patterned papers from the paper pack. Then I die cut the JOY sentiment from white and gold glitter cardstocks. I added sparkle to the white die cut by heat embossing with WOW Embossing Powder in Halo.

We created this card in Part II using more patterned paper and the background cover plate.

How cute are these tags and treat box? These are some of my favorite holiday projects to give to friends and family.

What do you think? Thanks so much for joining me today. Please leave me a comment and let me know what your favorite holiday crafting project is. Love and crafty hugs!

SUPPLIES

A note about supplies: Affiliate links used in this post at no cost to you. Did you know that when you shop by clicking my store links I receive a small tip from the stores? I do, and to pay it forward I donate all proceeds to important charities. Recently I donated $1,600 to the Killmon Foundation in 2024, $1,000 to the American Red Cross Hawaii wildfire efforts, and to earthquake relief in Turkey through Samaritan’s Purse in 2023. Also, to my favorite gentle giants at The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee and others in 2022. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting the important work of these charities!
