Hello Friends, and welcome back! Today I have two lovely cards to share as we celebrate the new Alex Syberia February Release, Wrapped With Love, with a blog hop and giveaway.
How pretty are all of the layers using several new products releasing today? I began by die cutting all of the new Love Tickets and Charming Medallions pieces in shades of pink, lavender, purple, and vellum. Then I inked the edges of the tickets, and all of the floral pieces.
Next it was easy to just layer the Charming Medallions together, and finish with the florals. Look at those cute cherries!! I think those are just so cute!!
I heat embossed the tickets using WOW! Embossing Powders in Polished Gold using the various images and sentiments.
For the pretty background, I stamped the Wrapped With Love florals in pink ink. When I don’t feel like coloring, I think a pretty floral stamp in the background is all you need to interest. TIP: I die cut the bow frame from pink cardstock, and then stamped. (It was easier to line up the stamp on die cut that way.) I finished it by ink blending a little, and then popped it up with foam tape on the background.
Finally, I added the die cut love you sentiments (I adore the daintiness of these), adhered everything, added a little foam to a couple pieces to pop for dimension, and added a few pearls to finish.

Oh my gosh, this is my 3rd try to leave a comment. WordPress gives me troubles all the time. Anyway…I love the bird stamp! And the cherries add such a whimsical look, love it. And the ribbon/bow is another of my new favorites!

Such a fun card with so much going on that the recipient can’t help but know that your spent time making something especially for her/him. I always forget that I can just stamp a flower image as a background without coloring it and then just layer things on top. Wonderful card!
