Hi Everyone! I have been MIA due to an awful cough/cold that has held our family hostage for over three weeks now, and it has seriously hindered my crafting mojo. I made this card a couple of weeks ago, and thought I should post something. So here it is!

Actually, I made this the very day I received the February Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp. What is most fun about this card is that I used the We R Memory Keepers Fuse Tool my hubby gave me for Christmas. I love this thing! It makes shaker cards soooooo much easier than gluing acetate panels together!

I used a large My Favorite Things tag die as an outline and fused an Avery Elle stamp pocket by going around three sides first. Then I cut the excess pocket, and filled the tag with cute sequins from the kit and seed beads. Then I replaced the die and finished the fusing. For a hole, I just used a hole punch and then sealed the edges with the hot fuse tool.

The rest was just a few more simple steps! I added a Crafter’s Companion Shimmering white cardstock panel to the SSS black cardstock base, and then added a paper panel from the kit for added interest. Next I added the LOVE stickers from the kit onto the tag. Finally, I added crinkle ribbon to the tag, and there you go! So easy, yet so cute!

Thanks for joining me! Hopefully I will be back in a couple of days feeling much better and back into the artsy zone! Love and crafty hugs!
