Hi Everyone! I know! I know! Long time no blogging! I have been crafting here and there behind the scenes, but it has been difficult to find good lighting for pictures here in Ohio. I realize that I’m late for Valentine’s Day, but I still wanted to share this card from Hero Art’s January card kit. As soon as I saw this one, I knew I had to order it!
I’m still practicing and working on my Copic coloring skills, but all the pieces of this card begged to be colored. Here is my attempt to shade and color the wooden shop.
Here are the colors I used for the window. Often I search Pinterest for examples in coloring certain images or how to shade. I found a tutorial by Mindy at My Creative Scoop on coloring glass, and that’s how I determined the colors for this glass window. I am so grateful to all of the wonderful artists in the crafting community who share their expertise with the rest of us!
