Everyday Expressions

Hi Everyone, and welcome back! I hope you are having a great week, and have found a little crafty time for yourself. Today I have a fun card I created for the lazy pool days of summer. Isn’t this so fun? 7 Kids Crafts has so many cute summer stamps and dies from Avery Elle in the store right now. This set, Pool Party, is in stock, and there are several others still in stock that I will be sharing in the next couple of weeks as well!

This card came together so easily! I stamped all of the images with tuxedo Memento ink on Hammermill cardstock, Copic colored everything, and then fussy cut all of the pieces. Then I used a Whimsy Stamps cloud and grass edge die cuts as a stencil with distress inks for the background. Next I used the Avery Elle Wonky Squares die to create a frame for the scene.

Then I layered everything with foam tape and craft foam over Lawn Fawn speckled background paper. Finally, I stamped the sentiment in Versafine Clair nocturne ink, stamped the splashes, and added Nuvo drops for dimension.
