Hi Artsy Friends! Today is a very special day for me. Altenew invited me to join their Eighth Anniversary Celebration Hop, and I couldn’t be more honored. I started crafting eight years ago around the same time Altenew released their very first gorgeous floral stamps, and I have been one of their biggest fans ever since.

For today’s card, I chose one of my favorite stamp and die combos, Enchanting Beauty, which was released last year, and paired it with the lovely Goldfish Pond set.

I used the MISTI and repeatedly stamped the layers to build the inked shading on the fish, and then added dimension in the fins with Altenew Artist Markers. Finally, I used gel pens to add details and highlights to the koi.
