Hi Crafty Friends, and welcome back! Today I’m sharing another lovely Valentine’s card featuring Spellbinders’ December Embossing Folder of the Month Club.

I embossed a white sheet of cardstock, and I love this geometric heart embossing folder. However, I felt like I wanted a little more color. So I pulled Catherine Pooler inks It’s A Girl, Party Dress, and Rockin’ Red. I gently swiped first with It’s A Girl over 3/4 of the panel. Next I went half way up swiping Party Dress, and finished with Rockin’ Red at just the bottom. Catherine Pooler inks are perfect for this gentle technique, because the pads are juicy and the ink blends beautifully.

I used the Glimmer of the Month Club to red foil the heart, and I white foiled the sentiment. Then I die cut with the coordinating dies. I finished the card by layering red foil cardstock behind the embossed panel, added pretty pearl flat-backed beads, and adhered everything to a white card base.

What do you think? Remember, these clubs ship at the end of the month, and you will have them for all of your January crafting. Thanks so much for stopping by today! Love and crafty hugs!
Erin
