Colorful Stitched Card

Hello Crafty Friends, and welcome back! Today I’m sharing a super-cute card featuring a fun color palette and the March Spellbinders’ Stitching Die of the Month Club.

I recently shared a fun Facebook live showcasing the new Color Cubes, and several reasons why I purchased this new color selection system to up the variety of hues in my cardmaking. You can watch that live HERE or below. (PS, I share many tips about color theory in cardmaking.)

I began by randomly choosing three card from the Color Cubes, and then selected my favorite color combination of the three. This challenged me to work a little outside of my comfort zone, but I love the final result.

The palette basically included pink, turquoise, blue, yellow/peach, and a soft light blue/gray. I love that the Spellbinders’ Stitching Club includes several dies to create endless cards. You can stitch as much or as little as you would like and have time.

I used most of the dies to give you a good idea of all of the stitching dies included in the set. What do you think? I adore the result, and the lovely colors of cardstock and floss for this.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I can’t wait to see what you create with this. Love and crafty hugs!

Erin

CARD SUPPLIES

A note about supplies: Affiliate links used in this post at no cost to you. Did you know that when you shop by clicking my store links I receive a small tip from the stores? I do, and to pay it forward I donate all proceeds to important charities. Recently I donated to earthquake relief in Turkey through Samaritan’s Purse and to my favorite gentle giants at The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting the important work of these charities!
