Hello and welcome back! I am thrilled to share this lovely Easter card today featuring the latest The Greetery release, New Beginnings. There are so many lovely new things in this release that it took me a moment to decide where to begin.

I began by stamping several Spring Meadows backgrounds in different pastel Catherine Pooler ink colors. Then I softly blended purples and greens in the layered Spring Meadow stencils before die cutting.
After adding splatters to the florals and greenery, I selected the yellow background, and added a vellum Square Dance die cut to soften the effect.

After adhering the background, vellum, and florals, I heat embossed the Rejoice die cut, and layered over an inked shadow. Finally, I added the small “For He Has Risen” sentiment, small flower die cuts, and finished with sequins.
What do you think? The yellows and purples make this card very special for the sentiment I think. Are you creating any Easter cards? I can’t wait to see what you’re creating. Love and crafty hugs!
Erin

A note about supplies: Affiliate links used in this post at no cost to you. Did you know that when you shop by clicking my store links I receive a small tip from the stores? I do, and to pay it forward I donate all proceeds to important charities. Recently I donated to earthquake relief in Turkey through Samaritan’s Purse and to my favorite gentle giants at The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting the important work of these charities!
Wow Erin- a gorgeous card with lovely color choices! I truly LOVE it!
