Hi Everyone and welcome back! I hope your week is going well. Where in the world has the month of November gone? At least I’ve gotten a little crafting in here and there, and today I’m sharing an adorable snow globe shaker card today using several Whimsy Stamps products including the new Shaker Maker Glitter Globe dies and Dash Away stamps.
What’s fun about this card is that I created the snow globe as a piece that the recipient can remove and use as a tag or an ornament. I created the background by spreading Nuvo Glimmer Paste in moonstone through the Polka Dot stencil. After the paste dried, I blended faded jeans and tumbled glass Distress Inks over the cardstock. To add metallic accents, I used Tim Holtz idea-ology metallic cardstock on the snow globe.
