Lavinia Stamps Artist Trading Cards

Hi Everyone, and welcome back! I hope the weather is good where you live, and you are well. Today I’m sharing a set of artist trading cards I created for 7 Kids Crafts monthly ATC swap featuring Lavinia stamps. This is my first set of ATCs, and honestly I had to do a little research to figure out the basics.

I learned that the original artist created numerous individual works of art that together formed one large piece. So of course I decided that idea would work perfectly with Lavinia stamps.

I love the entire scene together, and adore the top four cards. However, I have to admit that the bottom four cards individually (I think) miss the vibrancy and drama that the moon adds.

(For other Lavinia tips and demos on how I create the blended ink backgrounds, click HERE and HERE.)

For a little more interest to the bottom images I added Nuvo glaze with Glamour Dust glitter for extra sparkle on the butterflies and fairy wings.

Here are three more cards I created to show individual cards with the moon and different colors. I adore these! What do you think? Join our 7 Kids Crafts swap in July for more ATC fun! You also can join me at 7 Kids Customers Create Facebook page this Thursday at 8:00 PM EST for more Lavinia tricks on ATCs. Love and crafty hugs!

  1. Love this art! I think the lower cards capture the w
Quietness of the earth under the moonlight.
    Very cool!
