Hi Crafty Friends! How cute is this card featuring Catherine Pooler‘s Sweet Life stamps and dies? The idea for this card was on my mind for a while, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you. How many times have we read The Very Hungry Caterpillar, by Eric Carle, to our kids? I was a Kindergarden teacher, and we adored this story in our classroom as well.
On Monday, he ate through one red apple. But he was still hungry.
How cute is all of the fruit in this layered stamp set? I think the strawberries are my favorite. Also, I added clear Tonic Nuvo Drops to resemble dew for added interest.
I added the inked and Wanderlust embossed Sketch Plaid Background for more interest in the background. I have used this background stamp over and over lately. You can find another card HERE.
